PROVEN PROGRAMMING
We take all the confusion and second-guessing out of getting better. Membership includes access to R/Strong training programs that are built using proven strength, performance, and fitness training methods. Just show up and get to work!
PROFESSIONAL COACHING
New to training or years of experience, we coach to get you better. All training programs are delivered in group training sessions, but modified and coached to each member's individual needs.

The R/Strong team is open to anyone wanting to improve or make a change. We have a strong community of adults and athletes that are motivated to be their best and support each other. If you want to #GetBetter, you belong.
Members on our Strong Life and Performance programs perform assessments periodically throughout the year to gauge progress and diagnose areas to improve.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
Improve strength, speed, overall athleticism and build lean muscle. In-season or off-season, beginner or advanced, training is customized to improve performance and confidence so athletes can compete at their top potential.
7th-12th grade athletes

STRONG LIFE
Improve mobility, strength, body composition and overall fitness. New to training or seasoned vet, our programs are adaptable to your needs. The Strong Life program is available on-site at the Strength Shed or remotely via our Teambuildr training app.
Adults 18-65 years old
Scheduled 3 days/week + bonus workouts

SEASONAL CAMPS
We offer training camps for younger athletes - 1st-6th Grade - as well as speciality camps - Speed & Agility, etc - for older athletes. Training camps are scheduled seasonally in 4-8 week blocks. Please contact us for more information on our current or upcoming camps!
